During our stay at Diacceroni we had the great opportunity to experience the Cooking Class with Amir and it was the best Cooking class we ever had. He was so nice with us Mothers and all our Kids and he was very patient and he answered all our questions about making Pizza. we are happy about the recipe that he gave us and we will definitly try to make his best Pizza once we return back to Berlin.

We have experienced the Pizza class and we had such a good time. Amir was such a good teacher with a lot of experience and very usefull informations. He was wonderful with Kids. Definitly worth trying out this class! You need to love your Pizza dough 😉 I‘m excited to try the Pizza at home!

I did the fresh pasta experience with my wife. Our teacher was Lucia, an extremely friendly Italian teacher with an amazing Scottish accent! We had so much fun, getting the chance to experience local
Cooking with a lot of laughter and amazing views of Tuscany. Definetely recommended and would do it again.

Pasta Class
Die Pasta Class mit Ilenia war toll. Sie hat die ganze Zeit erklärt, vorgemacht und geholfen. Sie ist das, was ich mir unter einer italienischen Mamma vorstelle- herzlich, mit fester Hand, organisiert und immer in Bewegung. So schön!
Wir haben verschiedene Pasta-Arten gezeigt bekommen und durften uns an der Herstellung probieren. Eine gute Erfahrung.
Anschließend wurde die selbst produzierte Pasta im Restaurant mit Soßen veredelt u d Run Vier-Gänge-Menü kredenzt. Das war lecker und hat für den Rest des Tages gereicht.
Vielen Dank für das schöne Erlebnis. Es war wirklich lecker.

Abbiamo deciso spontaneamente di partecipare a un corso di preparazione del ragù e lo abbiamo comunicato alla reception. Il corso è stato organizzato per il giorno successivo.

Il giorno seguente, siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Ilenia, che ha cucinato con noi per diverse ore, ci ha insegnato numerosi trucchi e consigli, ci ha mostrato l'orto delle erbe aromatiche e ha scherzato con noi. Infine, abbiamo gustato il nostro ragù in un'atmosfera conviviale con una bottiglia di vino. Ci piacerebbe tornare e conserveremo con affetto il meraviglioso ricordo della giornata trascorsa con Ilenia.

Kochkurs mit Ilenia
Wir wollten spontan einen Ragù Kochkurs machen und haben uns in der Rezeption mit unseren Wünschen gemeldet. Es wurde bereits für den nächsten Tag ein Kurs organisiert.
Wir wurden am darauffolgenden Tag freudig von Ilenia empfangen, die mit uns einige Stunden lang gekocht hat, uns zahlreiche Tipps und Tricks lehrte, uns durch den Kräutergarten führte und mit uns scherzte. Zum Schluss haben wir unser Ragù in geselliger Umgebung mit einer Flasche Wein genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden den Tag mit Ilenia in wunderbarer Erinnerung halten.

Our family of four (father, mother, and two daughters) had an absolutely wonderful experience in Deacceroni we also took the pizza making class with Amir at Agriturismo Diacceroni in Tuscany. It ended up being one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip.

From the moment we arrived, Amir made us feel welcome and comfortable ( we arrived a bit late too). He has a great way of connecting with people and explaining things in a relaxed, fun, and engaging way. Even though we had never made pizza from scratch before, he walked us through every step of the process—mixing the dough, shaping it, the final seal of the though using your palm and thumb to adding the sauce and toppings, and learning a few authentic Italian techniques along the way.

What made the experience even more special was how interactive it was for our daughters. Amir was incredibly patient and encouraging, making sure everyone in the family could participate and enjoy the process. It felt less like a class and more like spending time cooking with a family or friends who are passionate about food and sharing Italian culture.

The setting at Agriturismo Diacceroni made the experience even better. Surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside, beautiful hills and Valleys, the atmosphere was relaxed, authentic, and unforgettable. Sitting down together afterward to enjoy the pizzas we had just made ourselves was the perfect ending to the evening. The pizzas were delicious, and there was something really satisfying about sharing a meal we created as a family.

This was much more than just a cooking class—it was a genuine Tuscan experience that brought our family together and created a memory we will always treasure.

If you are visiting Tuscany and have the opportunity to take the pizza or pasta making class at Diacceroni, we highly recommend it. It’s fun, authentic, welcoming, and a fantastic experience for families. Again, if i had the option to rate 10 stars, thats what this place deserves.

In occasione di un addio al nubilato, abbiamo provato l’experience del fare la pasta. É stata un’ esperienza molto bella, ci siamo divertite tantissimo e abbiamo creato dei bellissimi ricordi, siamo state seguite da Lucia, che è stata un’insegnante con i fiocchi: gentile, simpatica, ha spiegato tutto il processo in modo accurato ma senza mai risultare noiosa. Ci ha accolte con tanto calore. L’esperienza in sé ne vale la pena, in quanto dopo aver preparato la pasta, hai modo di mangiarla di fronte ad un panorama mozzafiato. Consigliatissimo.

10/10 recommendation! We booked the pasta course with Lucia and it was nothing but amazing! We were a group of 8 and we each had our own “station”. Lucia showed each step first and then it’s your turn.
We made 3 different pasta styles and later they were cooked for us - a different sauce each and we got to enjoy the dinner with wine and a sunset. All included in the price! We will be back for sure!

The truffle hunting experience exceeded our expectations. We felt part of every moment and learned so much. Nora the dog was adorable and our guide was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Estamos en el b&b Diacceroni desde el jueves y está siendo una experiencia increíble, la gente de aquí trabaja sin descanso pero tienen siempre una sonrisa (hasta para los más maleducados 🤪) nuestra pequeña ha tenido su primera experiencia con Pluto un caballo muy dócil y tranquilo de la mano de Kumar y Hassane dos caballeros súper especiales. Espero que en un futuro podamos volver y el equipo de profesionales sigan siendo ellos, también a sus dos compañeros de cuadras gracias por la paciencia, felicitaciones Marcia 🤍 gracias chicos, sois todos increíbles. Such an amazing experience! We did this hunt with our kids (10 & 6) with Illea and Nora. We did not expect to learn so much and the hunt was fun to run through the woods with Nora doing her amazing work. Thank you so much!

My kids loved this place! There were so many activities to do, everything from pasta making to horse riding. My kids went horse riding and they thought it was so fun. They rode on Nikita and Sinombre. A big special thank you to Marzia and Matia, hope everyone comes and enjoys this place!

Für unsere Familie der perfekte Ort zum entspannen. Besonders die Pferde und die Reitlehrerinnen haben unseren Mädels gefallen. Sie sind geritten und Marzia und Alexia sind ganz toll auf das jeweilige Reitlevel eingegangen. Die Kinder durften sogar noch bei allen Aktivitäten im Stall helfen. Ein Mädchentraum. This place is amazing! My 7 year old daughter went for a horse experience and she really enjoyed it! Mattia and Marzia are very professional instructors and they know how to entertain kids. We also went for the truffle search experience and we really enjoyed it. Elia is a great truffle expert and we had lots of fun with him and his dog 😊

The truffle hunting experience with Elia and his dog Nura was fantastic! Elia was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Nura was an expert hunter and found a truffle in the first 15 minutes of our walk! She was also very sweet and gentle with our 3 year old son. The tasting after was delicious as well. Highly recommend this for any truffle lovers.

Passione é la parola giusta per descrivere in una sola parola questo agriturismo : ogni persona che ci lavora la trasmette attraverso ciò che fa facendoti sentire un ospite speciale .
Il luogo è certamente stupendo , immerso in un panorama collinare da film , circondato da cavalli e natura incontaminata .
Ci sono svariate possibilità attrattive dal giro a cavallo , al noleggio bici , dlla caccia al tartufo alla lezione di pasta fresca .
Il ristorante è davvero eccellente , prodotti genuini e locali , i piatti sono tutti molto curati e i vini sono ottimi di produzione propria .
Grazie a tutto lo staff Diacceroni , sapete bene il significato della parola "ospitalità "!

Very welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the olive harvest under Giovanni’s direction and his explanations about the history of the olive tree and harvesting and production techniques. Even though Giovanni spoke only Italian, Noemi did an excellent job translating. They both kept us entertained.
We wish we could have seen the actual oil production process.

We went on a trail ride at Diacceroni Riding School. Since we had no riding experience, we first had a half-hour lesson. Hassane and Anna were excellent at helping us. They're very helpful and knowledgeable about horses. After the lesson, we went on a ride, which was great fun with Nikita and Baiocco. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely go back if we ever visit Tuscany again.
