Kurs: Wildschweingulasch mit Oliven

Der Kurs für das Wildschweingulasch mit Oliven, begleitet Sie bei der Zubereitung des zweiten typisch traditionellen Gerichts. Anschließend wird das, während des Kurses zubereitete Wildschwein, gekocht und serviert und mit Polenta angerichtet, wie es die toskanische Tradition vorschreibt. Zum Mittag- oder Abendessen wird ein ausgezeichneter Diacceroni-Wein serviert.

Während des Kurses, der auf Italienisch und Englisch stattfindet, können Sie an der Zubereitung der Gerichte teilnehmen und mit unseren Köchen interagieren, die Ihnen Anekdoten und Kuriositäten zur traditionellen toskanischen Küche erzählen.

Bei Ihrer Ankunft werden Sie an Ihrem Platz empfangen, wo Sie die Schürze mit Diacceroni signiert und alle Zutaten für die Zubereitung des Gerichts finden.
