Our cooking class at Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni was truly one of the highlights of our time in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Ilenia, our instructor, was absolutely wonderful—warm, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. She shared not only her recipes but also the heart and history behind each dish, making the experience feel authentic and personal.
We made fresh pasta from scratch, they had prepared classic sauces to enjoy with the pasta. We learned little tips and tricks that only come from generations of tradition. The hands-on approach made it easy and fun, even for beginners. And the best part? Sitting down together afterward to enjoy the delicious meal we had just prepared, surrounded by the stunning Tuscan countryside.
