Personale gentilissimo ,posto incantevole.Abbiamo fatto il corso di cucina per imparare a fare la pasta e la nostra insegnante Ilenia e' stata molto brava e ci ha spiegato un sacco di cose. Belli e interessanti anche gli altri corsi e attività proposti.☆☆☆☆☆

Abbiamo fatto il corso di pasta fresca con Ilenia, una persona eccezionale, che ci ha regalato 2 ore di spensieratezza e soprattutto ci ha insegnato come preparare una squisita pasta all’uovo! Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo per una notte , abbiamo trovato uno staff e un ‘accoglienza cordiale e gentilissima.

Abbiamo prenotato il corso di cucina di pasta fresca , con ilenia; laboratorio bellissimo , lei super gentile e paziente a spiegare tutti i procedimenti passo per passo , anche con molta leggerezza. Lo consiglio a tutti che vogliono fare un esperienza diversa e unica nel suo genere.

Ottima esperienza in una cornice paesaggistica bella. Bravissima Ilenia nell ' insegnare come fare la pasta fresca. Tutti molto gentili, top.

Un agriturismo che si estende su più colline con un panorama mozzafiato.
Ilenia ci ha guidato nella preparazione della pasta fresca che ci siamo poi gustati a tavola all’esterno dell’agriturismo.
Ilenia con la sua gentilezza e ironia è stata una bravissima maestra, la sua lezione ci sarà di grande aiuto anche nella nostra cucina.

Very welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the olive harvest under Giovanni’s direction and his explanations about the history of the olive tree and harvesting and production techniques. Even though Giovanni spoke only Italian, Noemi did an excellent job translating. They both kept us entertained.
We wish we could have seen the actual oil production process.

We went on a trail ride at Diacceroni Riding School. Since we had no riding experience, we first had a half-hour lesson. Hassane and Anna were excellent at helping us. They're very helpful and knowledgeable about horses. After the lesson, we went on a ride, which was great fun with Nikita and Baiocco. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely go back if we ever visit Tuscany again.

My pasta cooking class was amazing!! Lucia was a really great teacher. She showed me what to do and then watched me do it to see that I understood well. She was patient and easy going. It was a fun class. My husband went for an e bike ride while I took my class. Afterwards we ate the pasta I had made served with three different types of deliscious sauces down at the resturant which had a beautiful view of the valley. After our meal we wandered around the farm as its an agrotourismo farm. It was a great experience and a wonderful day. I would highly recommend it!

It was a great moment to ride with my family: husband and 3 kids (7, 5 and 5 yrs old), the team was very kind and supportive plus the landscape was so beautiful!!! We will do it again!! Thanks to Mattia, Marzia, Annarita, Kumar and Has! Gracie mille!!

I nostri quattro bimbi si sono innamorati dei cavalli Bulli, Sinorbré, Zlatan e Peppa, tutti dolcissimi e ben curati. Gli istruttori Anna, Marzia, Mattia e Has sono fantastici: professionali, gentili e capaci di trasmettere ai bambini fiducia, rispetto e passione per i cavalli. 🐴💫

Abbiamo anche partecipato alla degustazione dell’olio, un’esperienza autentica e deliziosa! 🌿

It’s our second year at Diacceroni, and once again it’s been a wonderful experience! 💛
The stay, the food, the scenery, the warm family atmosphere and hospitality — everything is simply perfect. Plus, the location is ideal, close to Volterra, Lucca, Siena and many beautiful spots.

Our four kids absolutely loved the horses — Bulli, Sinorbré, Zlatan, and Peppa — all so sweet and well cared for. The instructors Anna, Marzia, Mattia, and Has were amazing: professional, kind, and able to share their passion for horses in such a fun and safe way. 🐎💫

We also joined the olive oil tasting, which was a truly authentic and delicious experience! 🌿
A huge thank you to Giovanni and the whole team for their warm welcome, their passionate explanations about the olive trees, and the outstanding quality of the products.

We highly recommend Diacceroni to all families — between the nature, the horses, the food, and the wonderful people, it’s a place that truly stays in your heart. ✨

We had the most wonderful experience at Diacceroni Farm, and it was all thanks to Elena, who taught us how to make pasta! From the very first moment, she made us feel so welcome, her warmth, patience, and joy made the entire class unforgettable. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so much fun to be around!

Elena guided us through every step with genuine passion and kindness, making everyone feel confident and involved. Her energy and laughter filled the room, and by the end, we all felt like part of her family. It truly was one of the highlights of our trip, we couldn’t have made a better choice!

As for Diacceroni Farm, it’s absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking views, peaceful countryside, and that true Tuscan charm that makes you want to stay forever. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of love for good food, good people, and authentic experiences.

We had a fantastic truffle hunting experience with Elia and his dog, we all really enjoyed it, great fun and informative for kids and adults alike. Also loved the pasta making class, will definitely try at home, another holiday highlight for all the family! The olive harvesting seemed to be aimed more at adults, needed to be a bit more interactive to be a family experience but Ilaria and Giovanni were very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot. But we had expected more hands on harvesting in an olive grove but in fact it was a talk outside the farm reception. These experiences on site are what makes Diacceroni such a special destination and enabled us to find a great balance for an autumn holiday between sightseeing and farm fun. Today we had the opportunity to learn how to make pasta again with Ilenia, Rita, and Lucia. The information was accessible, understandable, and professional. Everyone helped us individually with practice. The restaurant was superbly organized, which wasn't easy since there were also customers and only one kitchen. The food was amazingly delicious and high-quality. We promised to return last year, and we kept our promise. We'll definitely be back again 🙂

My 4-year-old daughter and I had the most memorable time at the pizza-making class with Chef Amir at Diacceroni Experiences. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully family-friendly.Chef Amir was absolutely fantastic—not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Italian cuisine, but he also had the perfect mix of patience and playfulness to keep my daughter engaged the entire time. He made her feel like a true little chef, guiding her step-by-step in a way that was easy to follow and fun. She was so proud of her dough!The class was hands-on, well-organized, and full of laughter. We learned the art of making traditional pizza from scratch using fresh, local ingredients—and the best part was, of course, tasting our creations fresh out of the oven. Delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it.
It was more than just a cooking class; it was a shared experience we’ll always treasure. If you're looking for something meaningful to do with your child in Tuscany, I can’t recommend this experience enough. Chef Amir truly made it special.

Wundervolles Agritourismo. Tolle Lage, sehr gute Küche. Für die Familie ist auch der Reitstall sehr empfehlenswert. So hatte unsere Kleinste eine professionelle erste Pferdeerfahrung in der Maneggio Diacceroni auf Bulli durch die sehr liebevolle Anna.

Our stay was perfect (Panieracci Agriturismo) wonderful place with pool and a stunning view and sunset — both the accommodation and the horse-riding activity were amazing. The instructors for the horse riding activity, Marzia and Mattia were very kind, gentle, funny and caring. We spent a very good moment with them, real professionals and the horses were amazing and beautiful (Nikki and Pesca)

I’d like to thank the event team, Ilaria and Noemi, once more because all of this (stay and experiences) was made possible thanks to them. The music, the flowers, the Lemon House — everything was perfect for my proposal. The food at the restaurant for a private dinner was absolutely delicious and there was plenty to enjoy. The waiter was very kind and friendly. We had an unforgettable time.

Thank you again for everything. Please keep doing what you’re doing — we truly hope to come back in the years to come!

Ilenia was a fantastic host for our pasta making class. She is very helpful and kind. She made the class fun and getting to eat our pasta made it special. We would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tuscany.

Our cooking class at Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni was truly one of the highlights of our time in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Ilenia, our instructor, was absolutely wonderful—warm, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. She shared not only her recipes but also the heart and history behind each dish, making the experience feel authentic and personal.

We made fresh pasta from scratch, they had prepared classic sauces to enjoy with the pasta. We learned little tips and tricks that only come from generations of tradition. The hands-on approach made it easy and fun, even for beginners. And the best part? Sitting down together afterward to enjoy the delicious meal we had just prepared, surrounded by the stunning Tuscan countryside.

Ilenia’s passion for food and hospitality shines through in every detail. If you’re visiting Tuscany and want a truly memorable and genuine culinary experience, this class is a must. We left full, happy, and inspired to bring a little piece of Tuscany back home with us.

I went on an outside riding with Marzia with her horse Valentina and I was riding Bully. The ride was very fun and Marzia did a wonderful job. I can definitely recommend it and I would always do it again.
