Abbiamo imparato a fare ben tre tipi diversi di pasta Il corso è stato davvero WOW! Alla fine hanno cucinato per noi tutto quello che avevamo preparato e abbiamo gustato i nostri piatti nel loro ristorante, accompagnati da un buon vino. Tutto era incluso nel prezzo del corso. Ci siamo divertite tantissimo: Lucia è stata gentilissima e bravissima, e il cibo che abbiamo preparato era davvero delizioso. Un’esperienza bellissima che consigliamo assolutamente! ❤️

Wonderful truffle hunt! Our guide Elia was knowledgeable and friendly, and watching the dog find the truffles was such a fun experience. A unique and memorable way to discover the local countryside. Highly recommended!

We rode with Ginevra, Martia, Tommy, and Sarah with horses Leo, Nikita, Andrea, and Sinombre and had an amazing time! The views were beautiful, the horses were well taken care of, and everyone made sure we had a safe and fun experience!

My family (2 adults and 4 kids) had an amazing truffle hunt with Elia and Nura--- Elia's fun and affectionate truffle-hunting dog who found four black truffles for us! Elia is super-passionate and knowledgeable: he has been hunting truffles since he was 8 years old. Highly recommend!

Great experience for adults and kids alike. W did pasta, pizza and gnocchi class. The instructors (kudos to Lucia) are lovely, careful to explain everything step by step. The class is followed by a feast at the restaurant where participants can try what they have cooked - more food is served than anyone could it consume. We also did truffle hunting experience and it was super fun and informative. We loved Nura the dog and the truffle hunter Elia was very friendly and shared a lot of stories.

Did the pasta making workshop and it was the BEST evening! Rita (our host) was so knowledgeable and helpful with our 2 kids, made it fun and entertaining. The time flew by and we had the best pasta meal afterwards! Thank you so much for such an educational but extremely fun evening!

The horses and the people who helped look after them were so calm and friendly .Our horses were called Lady Gaga ,Sinnombro and Bully and the people who looked after them were called Mattia, Hassano and Kumar .

Bellissimo! Baiocco e Rica 🐎 sono due cavalli stupendi, e guidate da Mattia, caloroso e accogliente, abbiamo fatto una bellissima passeggiata sui colli intorno all'agriturismo! Prima esperienza per la mia amica, che ne è stata particolarmente contenta (quindi grazie, perché era il suo regalo di compleanno!!) Ci siamo fermate a mangiare al ristorante prima di ripartire, delizioso!

Fantastische pasta workshop! Met het gezin hebben we zelf drie soorten pasta gemaakt. Alles werd heel goed uitgelegd. Vervolgens werd de pasta door de kok bereidt en in het restaurant aten we onze zelf gemaakte pasta. Ons hele gezin heeft genoten. Mooie wijnen bij gedronken. Dank Rita voor de geweldige middag!

Wine tasting was fabulous! Also offered cheese, bread etc.. Learned about organic wine , honey and olive oil! Very knowledgeable and accommodating of our grandchildren, enjoyed the wine cellar!! We were served both outdoors and indoors. Highly recommend!!

Today my wife and I went truffle hunting with Elia. We really enjoyed our time searching and finding three truffles! Elia gave a lot of explanation and some very nice anecdotes. Afterwards, we enjoyed an exceptional lunch with our truffles and Diacceroni wines. The whole experience was excellent and we can't find anything to improve. Thank you!

Perfecto! Really good pasta course

We had such a fabulous afternooon making Pizzas with Amir! My daughters aged 5 & 8 loved it, he shows how to do everything step by step, helping out the little ones if they need it (and the big ones too!) He makes foccia, garlic bread and an amazing tomato-less pizza for you to try while waiting for everyone to make there's, adults at this point get a lovely glass of local bubbles!! Once your pizzas are cooked, you head to the restaurant to eat them with a gorgeous view of the rolling Tuscan hills, drinks are included in the price and if you have room for dessert that's included too! The giant profiterole went down a treat with everyone! The team couldn't have been more attentive if they tried, a memory we will look back on fondly for years to come! Plus you get to take home your aprons too as a keepsake 😃

We did a 1 hr session with a 30 minute beginner setup class to start and we loved this so much. Marzia and Mattia (our guides) were wonderful, so friendly and very clearly had a lot of love for all the horses under their care. Baiocco and Rica (our horses) were gorgeous and were very welcoming to two people very much figuring it out as we went! I'd recommend this experience to anybody - the horses were calm, our instructors were fun, and the Tuscan countryside was absolutely beautiful.

We did a sunset ride at Maneggio Diacceroni, Marzia and Mattia were incredible instructors - so friendly and warm! And the horses Baiocco and Rica were beautiful, it was an amazing way to see the stunning landscape. Such a unique and memorable experience!

Our truffle hunt with Elia and his dog, Nura, was one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany. Nura was incredibly cute and clearly loved searching for truffles—it was a joy to watch her work. We were lucky enough to find several truffles, including one impressively large one (photo attached!). What made the experience truly special was Elia. He explained everything with genuine enthusiasm and made the tour both engaging and educational. We learned how truffles grow, the conditions they need, and how dogs are trained to find them. It was fascinating to gain so much insight into a tradition that is such an important part of the region. If you're visiting Diacceroni and are considering the truffle hunt, I highly recommend it. It's a fun, authentic, and memorable experience for anyone who enjoys nature, food, or learning something new.

Amazing experience, super fun, totally recommended!!!

We stayed at Diacceroni for 3 nights in one of their Glamping cabins. We had a wonderful time. We were a bit concerned going in since I had ready some lukewarm reviews of the glamping experience, but everything turned out great. For example, some of the reviews complained that the walls of the glamping tent made a lot of noise during storms. I'm not sure what these reviewers were expecting--you're staying in a tent-like structure after all! The accommodations were great for our family of 5. Rustic and comfortable at the same time. The meals at the Diacceroni restaurant were wonderful and hanging out at the pool was exactly what we needed after nearly 2 weeks of making our way through various Italian cities. The views are spectacular and the people are always friendly. Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely brilliant afternoon cooking lasagne with Lucia who was a fantastic teacher. Lots of fun, stunning location and a delicious homemade meal at the end of it made this a real highlight of our holiday and worth the drive to get here. Bonus if Penelope the donkey comes o say hello!
