The stewed wild boar with olives course takes you through the preparation of this traditional second course. After, the wild boar prepared during the course will be cooked and served with polenta, as Tuscan tradition suggests. The lunch or dinner will be served with excellent Diacceroni wine.

During the course, which takes place in Italian and English, you can participate in the preparation of dishes and interact with our chefs, who will tell you anecdotes and curiosities related to traditional Tuscan cuisine.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed at your station, where you will find your apron signed by Diacceroni and all the ingredients for the preparation of the dish. In the cheerful and festive atmosphere of the typical Tuscan family lunch, you will discover the secrets of the traditional recipes of our grandmothers.
