The​ ​best​ ​way​ ​to learn​ ​the​ ​secrets​ ​of​ ​tuscan​ ​cuisine​ while ​having​ ​fun! Our tuscan cooking courses are designed to teach the basic traditional Tuscan recipes, with the intention of creating genuine dishes, using our organic products and km zero pasta.

We have been farming and producing organic products for over 25 years, with a great deal of respect to the environment and personal health. We produce pasta using our organic flour, extra virgin olive oil made with our organic olives, sauces, jams, and mustards all prepared directly with fruits and vegetables grown in our gardens and picked by hand.

Our fruit trees and vegetable gardens are completely organic, thus we do not use either pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Each tuscan cooking course begins with a brief description, then, when possible, the picking of the necessary ingredients from our vegetable and herb gardens.*

We teach the entire process of particular dishes from start to finish!

The tuscan cooking courses are taught by our chef and take place in our kitchen restaurant. Together we will also prepare products which are available to buy directly from us or from our shop online: https://shop.diacceroni.com/

The cooking courses are open to all, adults and children, and each participant will receive a cooking kit which consists of an apron and a chef hat.

At the end of the course all participants will eat the dishes that they have prepared together.

Each participant will receive a certificate of participation.**
