Our pasta-making class was an unforgettable experience. The chef was amazing, patient, and welcoming, making the entire class fun, engaging, and authentic. Learning to make fresh pasta while experiencing the traditions of Italian cuisine was such a special way to connect with the heart and soul of Tuscany. The hospitality, the beautiful setting, and the attention to every detail made this experience truly exceptional. It was much more than a cooking class; it was a beautiful memory that we will cherish forever. If you are visiting Tuscany, Diacceroni is an absolute must! Taking a pasta class in Italy was a must-do on our itinerary…and this class did not disappoint! Ilenia is clearly a pasta-making expert…but she was so patient and kind, explaining things clearly and helping us along. Our family of seven truly enjoyed making the pasta—but then sitting in such a beautiful setting and eating delicious freshly made pasta—it may just be our favorite meal of this entire trip (and we’ve had incredible meals). I highly recommend this class!!! Grazie mille, Ilenia!!!!

We participated in the truffle hunting experience with my 6-year old daughter and had a wonderful time. Our guide was so knowledgeable and his bond with his dog Noura was lovely to witness. Noura herself was incredible! She was so amazing with kids and so smart! My daughter loved running around after her in search of truffles. From learning how to buy truffles to the training of the dogs…my husband and I learned so much. Our truffle light-bites were also delicious - even my picky-eater daughter ate them. Making pasta in Tuscany has always been high on my bucket list. We attended a class with Lucia & Ilena and they were truly the perfect pair of teachers - so patient, kind and masters of the kitchen. We learned so much and loved eating our final products. We can’t wait to try our new skills at home and took home jars of Diacceroni sauce.

One of the highlights of our trip. Elia (truffle hunter) made our experience very special. He and Nora (truffle hunting dog) were both very excited to not only find truffles but teach us about the art of truffle hunting. Thank you both for your energy and passion. It was felt and appreciated! The lunch afterward was also delicious. It was again a chance to experience and educate ourselves on truffle in regards to cooking. The wine pairing and view were incredible.

Abbiamo partecipato a un corso di pasta con Lucia, che è stata semplicemente fantastica! ❤️ Ci ha insegnato passo dopo passo come preparare la pasta fresca. Abbiamo imparato a fare ben tre tipi diversi di pasta Il corso è stato davvero WOW! Alla fine hanno cucinato per noi tutto quello che avevamo preparato e abbiamo gustato i nostri piatti nel loro ristorante, accompagnati da un buon vino. Tutto era incluso nel prezzo del corso. Ci siamo divertite tantissimo: Lucia è stata gentilissima e bravissima, e il cibo che abbiamo preparato era davvero delizioso. Un’esperienza bellissima che consigliamo assolutamente! ❤️

I had the delight of taking the pasta making class here with Lucia and Amir. It was wonderful! Lucia's sense of humour and decades of experience are amazing! It was easy to follow her directions and Amir is definitely #1. We turned out three kinds of pasta each and then got to sit in the sun overlooking the views while our pasta was cooked and returned to us with three amazing sauces. It was a bucket-list opportunity and did not disappoint!

Great experience for adults and kids alike. W did pasta, pizza and gnocchi class. The instructors (kudos to Lucia) are lovely, careful to explain everything step by step. The class is followed by a feast at the restaurant where participants can try what they have cooked - more food is served than anyone could it consume. We also did truffle hunting experience and it was super fun and informative. We loved Nura the dog and the truffle hunter Elia was very friendly and shared a lot of stories.

Mooi en groot appartement in de heuvels van Toscane. Prima restaurant. We hebben hier de truffelexcursie gedaan; heel bijzonder, interessant verhaal met een bevlogen jager. De moeite waard!

We had a lovely experience, with both the olive harvesting/olive oil tasting, and the truffle hunting. People were extraordanarily nice and enthousiastic. Went home with a lot of information! Enjoyed every second!

I had been following Italy for kids or with kids on Facebook for the last year, and Diacceroni was the number one place to come, and they were right 100% bringing your kids here.

We did the olive harvest and tasting with Claudia as well as the wine tasting and food pairing with her. She was so knowledgeable in both areas and we learned so much! The olive oils were amazing and we learned to pair them with foods based on our preferences. We highly recommend this experience! The wine tasting and food pairing took us to another level of flavors that we have never before experienced. Claudia is kind and fun and we could not speak more highly of her! Both of these experiences are a must! We also did the truffle hunt with Elia. What a fantastic and fun experience. Elia is passionate and experienced in truffle hunting and it was so interesting to hear about his heritage in this field. We learned so much about truffles and hunting them. I highly recommend this experience, especially for children! Elia engages the children and gets them to be part of the hunt as his grandmother did with him. We loved this experience! We did it with the lunch meal and it was one of the best meals we had in Italy. Mouthwatering and delicious truffle dishes prepared by Diacceroni chefs.

The site is beautifully and Claudia is an extraordinary guide. She is both a delight and extremely knowledgeable. Coming here is a day that is both memorable and lovely! We wish we could give it more than 5 stars!

We had an incredible experience at Diacceroni, specifically with the horses and ponies at the barn. Marzia and Ginevra helped our daughter have an amazing birthday with their pony experience. They were so kind, patient, and accommodating for her and our son. We would recommend anyone wanting to make unforgettable memories with their children to book a stay (and experiences) at Diacceroni!

Diacceroni truffle hunting was a fun experience. The guide was amazing with lots of knowledge on different types of truffle and how to differentiate them!

Our family had a pleasure to spend 4 days at Diacceroni Agroturismo. Our apartment was based in Panieracci. We had a lovely time as we used as well the horse riding for the kids. The team of Franco, Mattia, Ginevra and Marzia were extraordinary and very welcoming. Our kids had 1 to 1 lesson on Bully and Zlatan and made have huge progress in just 3 days. A big thank you for the whole team of Diacerroni stable for making our stay so special!

We had yesterday an extraordinary time with Claudia during cheese and wine tasting experience. Claudia is an experienced and knowledgeable Sommelier that answered all our questions. As she is coming from the region, she gave us insights about local agriculture including details about cheese and wine production. We hope to be back soon! Wine were so tasty that we bought some bottles for the way back. A big thank you!

We verbleven hier in een glamping tent met het meeste prachtige uitzicht. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we mogen genieten van een super leuke, gezellige pasta workshop. Rita, onze Queen , die ons heeft geleerd hoe je verse pasta maakt, met geduld en humor was top! Daarna ook nog je eigen gemaakte pasta eten op een terras met het meest mooie uitzicht dat je kan hebben.

Unsere beiden Kinder (8 und 11 Jahre) haben die Reitstunde mit Leo und Bully sowie Mattia und Franco sehr genossen. Auch ohne Reiterfahrung konnten sie problemlos auf Leo und Bully reiten. Sie durften sogar alleine die Pferde führen. franco und Mattia haben das richtig toll gemacht mit den Kindern und den Pferden. Man spürt die Liebe zu den Tieren. Unsere Kids meinten, sie würden das jederzeit wieder machen. Es ist also definitiv zu empfehlen, auch ohne Reiterfahrung!

I highly recommend the Diacceroni stables, especially instructors Mattia and Franco! We booked a 30-minute pony walk on sweet Lola for my 3-year-old daughter. My daughter regularly goes on pony rides back home, but this experience was on another level - so creative, thoughtful, and deeply engaging for a toddler. Mattia and Franco have an extraordinary approach to children. They were incredibly empathetic, funny, and made my daughter feel completely safe and comfortable from the very start. It was a wonderful, joyful experience, and I warmly recommend it to all parents visiting Diacceroni!

Abbiamo passato 2 gg splendidi e di relax in formula b&b. Mai vista una colazione con tantissima scelta di dolce e salato. La cena con degustazione vini ottima grazie anche al sommelier Claudia che ci ha dato delucidazioni, in modo impeccabile, sui vini che erano squisiti. Personale gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Da tornare e lo consiglio vivamente

We rode with Ginevra, Martia, Tommy, and Sarah with horses Leo, Nikita, Andrea, and Sinombre and had an amazing time! The views were beautiful, the horses were well taken care of, and everyone made sure we had a safe and fun experience!

My family (2 adults and 4 kids) had an amazing truffle hunt with Elia and Nura--- Elia's fun and affectionate truffle-hunting dog who found four black truffles for us! Elia is super-passionate and knowledgeable: he has been hunting truffles since he was 8 years old. Highly recommend!

Did the pasta making workshop and it was the BEST evening! Rita (our host) was so knowledgeable and helpful with our 2 kids, made it fun and entertaining. The time flew by and we had the best pasta meal afterwards! Thank you so much for such an educational but extremely fun evening!

The horses and the people who helped look after them were so calm and friendly .Our horses were called Lady Gaga ,Sinnombro and Bully and the people who looked after them were called Mattia, Hassano and Kumar .
