The potato gnocchi course takes you through the preparation of a typical first course of our tradition, to cooking the potatoes to the formation of the dough for the gnocchi.
After, the gnocchi prepared during the course will be cooked and served, enhanced with traditional sauces. During the lunch or dinner excellent Diacceroni wine will be served.
During the course, which takes place in Italian and English, you can participate in the preparation of dishes and interact with our chefs, who will tell you anecdotes and curiosities related to traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed at your station, where you will find your apron signed by Diacceroni and all the ingredients for the preparation of the dish. In the cheerful and festive atmosphere of the typical Tuscan family lunch, you will discover the secrets of the traditional recipes of our grandmothers.
