Caccia al tartufo con pranzo o cena

Questa esperienza, con la guida del nostro esperto tartufaio e dei suoi cani addestrati, ti accompagna a caccia dei tartufi nei boschetti attorno all’Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni. Potrai estrarre il tartufo in prima persona, e gustarlo successivamente al ristorante “La Cantina” dell’Agriturismo, dove saranno serviti un pranzo o una cena completi a base del tartufo raccolto, accompagnati dall’ottimo vino Diacceroni. Su richiesta possono essere sostituite le portate a base di tartufo.

Durante l’esperienza potrai interagire con il nostro tartufaio (certificato dal 2008 dalla Regione Toscana), che ti accompagnerà e ti racconterà, in italiano e inglese, curiosità ed aneddoti sul mondo del tartufo e sull’addestramento dei cani.

All’arrivo all’Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni sarai accolto dal nostro esperto tartufaio che, dopo averti introdotto al mondo del tartufo e presentato i suoi cani addestrati, ti accompagnerà nell’escursione. Durante l’esperienza apprenderai le tecniche di ricerca e di estrazione di questo prezioso gioiello della nostra terra, ed avrai la possibilità di estrarre il tartufo in prima persona. Al rientro, il pranzo o la cena verranno serviti al ristorante “La Cantina” dell’Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni.

È consigliato un abbigliamento sportivo. Questa esperienza è soggetta a condizioni meteorologiche favorevoli.
