In this path, you will be guided to the discovery of the sacred pairing: the wine and the cheese. You will taste Tuscan pecorinos of various aging, discovering thus how their consistency changes and evolves under your palate. Every cheese will meet one of our selected wines to create unexpected harmonies or bold contrasts. It is a story made of roots and centuries-old knowledge, where every taste becomes a story that will stay in your heart.
IN TASTING: Four glasses of wine and four local cheeses accompanied by traditional Tuscan bread.
