Kookcursus aubergines met Parmezaan maken

Bij de cursus aubergines met Parmezaan begeleiden wij je bij de bereiding van alle ingrediënten van  een van de typische gerechten volgens onze traditie; de gefrituurde aubergines en de tomatensaus. Vervolgens wordt het gerecht tijdens de cursus in de oven afgebakken en geserveerd. Tijdens de lunch of het diner wordt de beste wijn van Diacceroni geserveerd.

Tijdens de cursus, die in het Italiaans of Engels wordt uitgelegd, kun je meedoen met de bereiding van de gerechten en samenwerken met onze chef-koks, die je anekdotes en wetenswaardigheden vertellen over de traditionele Toscaanse gerechten.

Bij aanvang word je verwelkomd op je werkplek, waar je Diacceroni schort klaarligt en uiteraard alle ingrediënten die je nodig hebt voor de bereiding van de gerechten. In deze vrolijke en feestelijke setting van de typische Toscaanse familielunch of – diner, ontdek je de geheimen van de traditionele recepten van onze grootouders.
