From olives to oil: harvesting, pressing, and tasting
This experience, which occurs from October to December, takes you to our olive grove where you can hand-pick olives with us, watch the cold-pressing in the small mill on our farm, and enjoy the taste of freshly pressed organic extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the experience, you will receive a 250 ml bottle of the oil pressed during the day.
During this experience you will interact with our expert guide who will show you, in Italian and English, all the secrets and curiosities of our organic extra virgin olive oil: how our green gold is born, the methods of craftsmanship, and its use in traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by our guide who will accompany you in our olive grove, where you can follow our tradition by hand-picking the olives. During the visit to our small mill, you will witness the cold pressing of the olives harvested during the day and receive a 250 ml bottle of freshly pressed organic extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the experience, small samples will allow you to savor the intense and spicy flavor of our oil.
